Sales Results Indicate Town-wide Increases in Home Values

In June there were 77 closed sales, 63 of which sold for more than asking price.

The average 9.4% premium over asking prices across all closed sales is significant and indicative of a town-wide increase in values.

Properties commanding high premiums were not confined to the usual colonials near trains, but were spread across styles (ranches and splits doing well!), locations and prices, albeit limited to under $1.35 million.
