What would you do with an extra $500,000?

‘Everyone’s a seller at a certain price’ is an old sales trope. What’s your dream price?

In August, there were 4 homes that closed between $1.5 million and $1.82 million that went more than 50% over asking price.

Surely, there was some expectation that those houses would sell over asking price, but, at the same time, there has to be some “found money” there.
