1. 75 houses came on the market in September of last year, and we should see a similar spike in new property listings this year as well.
2. August was relatively steady with 50 new listings and 34 houses going under contract, versus 26 new and 23 under contract in 2016.
3. Strong demand for houses was reflected in August sales prices, which exceeded ask by 105% vs 102% last year and 107% in July.
