Happy new year!

To start off the year here is a quick end of year real estate market rundown.

December saw little new activity with only 13 new listings, while 31 deals signed in the fall closed before year end. 15 new contracts, combined with normal attrition, dropped active listings to only 94 at year end compared to 131 at year end 2013. Closings in December had a median price of $621,000 and averaged 101% of asking price.
