July was a busy month for closings, as usual, with 67 homes sold at a median price of $639,000.
Strong spring buyer demand was reflected in sales averaging 6% over ask among July closings.
July and August are traditionally quiet months for new listings with the expectation of a spike in activity mid-September as people return from their summers and settle into their routines.
