Balancing Price Expectations with Upfront Investment
“All someone would need to do here……” is a phrase we hear time and again from sellers and sellers’ agents.
Buyers typically don’t want to do renovation work for the same reasons the current seller never did them. Renovations can be expensive, time consuming, and inconvenient to live through.
